Our services
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points. The final scope and price of any work is confirmed in writing before the work begins. Advertising media spend is billed separately from our management fee.
Monthly growth packages
Monthly growth packages have an initial three-month commitment, then continue month to month. After the initial three months, you may cancel or pause with 30 days' notice. There are no exit fees or setup fees for growth packages.
What we do not promise
Search rankings, traffic levels, leads and sales depend on factors outside our control, including search engine behaviour, competition and your own market. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes or revenue outcomes. We commit to professional, evidence-based work — not to guaranteed results.
Client responsibilities
Where we build or manage a website for you, you are responsible for providing accurate business information and for holding the rights to any content, images or trademarks you supply to us.
Intellectual property
The content on this website belongs to VEE Agency unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work we produce for a client is set out in that client's agreement.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
