02 How an engagement starts
VEE is run by founder Evans Ngumbau as a solo operation, so you speak directly with the person responsible for the work. The first step is a free audit of your website, search visibility and Google presence. It gives you a practical view of what is working and what deserves attention first.
If a project is the right next step, the scope and price are set out in writing before work begins. For a website build, VEE prepares the content and materials and checks the business details with you before launch. Builds are planned for about two weeks, with the schedule confirmed against the agreed scope.
03 What you can expect
You deal with the person doing the work. No account managers, no handoffs, no being passed around.

If something won't work for your business, we say so — including when the answer is that you don't need us yet.

VEE Agency is based in Syokimau, Machakos County, Kenya, working closely with businesses in Nairobi, Machakos, Kajiado, Kiambu. In-person meetings can be arranged in Nairobi, Machakos, Kajiado and Kiambu. We also work remotely with businesses in every other county in Kenya.
